The eligibility calculators and assessment tools on this Website are provided for general informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the information you enter and the scoring tables in effect at the time of calculation. They do not constitute a professional assessment or legal advice. 5. Online Courses & Workshops

Courses and workshops are educational products and do not create a consultant-client relationship. 6. Payments

Service and course payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a payment, you agree to PayPal's Terms of Service. Consulting service fees are governed by your Engagement Agreement. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. All payments are final except as stated in your Engagement Agreement or as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and the compilation thereof — is the property of eBUDDY Immigration & Visa Services and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
